Fresh Take

Fresh Take is a creative youth takeover on the truth about vaping.

What is this?

Over six months, more than 100 young people from five Southside LGAs teamed up with VicHealth, Youth Workers, Council, and a design studio to create something powerful — a creative response to the harms and impacts of vaping.

The Lineup

Participants created original campaigns to address vaping among young people. They worked in groups, and made powerful, creative projects like posters, videos, spoken word pieces, and art installations with the hope to influence their peers and community.

  • What's it got to do with vaping?

    We’re leading the conversation about vaping prevention. We’ve learned the facts, busted the myths, and created authentic content that speaks directly to our peers about the health risks and challenges of vaping.

    ★ Video Content – We shot and edited impactful visuals
    ★ Spoken Word & Music – We wrote and recorded powerful messages
    ★ Graphic Design – We created posters and social media assets
    ★ Physical Design – We developed murals, installations, and real-world impact projects
